We're proposing to build a new family residence at 915 n 32nd St in Renton that will meet the needs of
the client as well as the codes for development in the City of Renton. All the design standards have
been met to the best of our abilities as prescribed by the C.O.R. We're requesting a modification of
code RMC 4-4-080F.7.b with regards to access from an alley at the back of the property while still
meeting the intent of the code.
