Renton Regional F ire Authority F ire Impact fee LUA 17-000629 Location:Citywide.Proposed amendments to City Code to col lect the fire impact fee on behalf of the Renton Regional Fire Authority (RRFA).Additionally, adoption of the RRFA’s Capital facilities Plan (CEP)into the Capital facilities element of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. Finally,adoption of the impact fee rate the RRFA has requested that the City adopt for the fire impact fee rate.
