Subject: Notice of Temporary Use Permit Extension (3-months)
City of Renton File LUA17-000465, Bryant Motors Site Cell-on-Wheels,

Dear Mr. Cardoza:
On October 6th, 2017, the City of Renton approved a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) for the operation of a
cell-on-wheels (COW) portable wireless communications facility at 111 Meadow Ave N. The approved
TUP allowed for the operation of the COW for a period of six (6) months and gave the applicant the
ability to request one three (3) month extension.
In April of 2018, the City of Renton received your request for the above mentioned three (3) month
extension. As of the writing of this letter, the COW is in compliance with all required conditions of the
permit approval. The TUP is hereby extended three (3) months with a new expiration date of July 6th,
2018.
