WORK IN PROGRESS:
Excavation of generator pad and trench work.
WORK COMPLETED:
Control Conduits Installed:
C2, C3, C4, C5 installed in trench between HH-1 and base of elevated reservoir.
HH-1 installed in ground and awaiting backfill and conduit installation.
Demolition of sidewalk and existing generator building/pad completed.
Tree removal completed.
DISCREPIENCES NOTED:
None
DISCUSSIONS WITH CONTRACTOR:
Contractor requested clarification on how far above the final grade the generator slab should be installed.
ITEMS FOR OFFICE ACTION:
Notify contactor that the generator slab should be 2” above the finished grade surrounding the generator pad.
CAUSE FOR DISPUTE, CHANGE ORDERS, OR DELAYS:
EXTRA WORK IN PROGRESS, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIALS:
Handholes are staged on site.
