The Environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for the
following project under the authority of the Renton municipal code.
800 SW 16th Street Parking Lot Expansion
LUA18-000242
Location: 800 SW 16th St. The applicant is requesting an addendum to Environmental Review for the Shuttle
Express Parking Lot to expand the development area from 15,000 SF to 36,134 SF to allow for 60 additional
onsite paved surface parking spaces. The project site totals 3.25 acres in area and is located within the IM zone.
The northern portion of the property is located within a 100-year special flood hazard area, Zone AH. The
estimated excavation and fill work would include 600 CY of cut and 600 CY of fill.
Appeals of the DNS must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on . Appeals must be filed in writing together
with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner c/o City Clerk, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA
98057. Appeals to the Hearing Examiner are governed by RMC 4-8-110 and more information may be obtained from
the Renton City Clerk's Office, 425-430-6510.
