Thank you for your patience. Attached please find Boeing’s draft license agreement for the installation of the banner
signs per your request. Please review the license, and let me know if the terms are acceptable, otherwise please return
a redline version for Boeing’s legal review.
If the terms are acceptable, Boeing will prepare the execution ready hardcopy documents and will sign first, then will
forward these to you for Southport’s countersignature.
