The proposed project consists of three separate mesh banners to be installed on the Boeing chainlink
fence at the NE property corner of parcel 0886600060. A Tier 2 Temporary Use permit will be provided
for the install. The current site is vacant, industrial use. There are no special site features. No
modifications are proposed to the existing property. The banners themselves are a mesh material to
allow for wind to pass through. They will have reinforced grommets and be installed with heavy duty
zip-ties to the existing fence. Three separate banners will be installed to fit the inside corner
configuration of the fence. The sizes are 16’ x 5’, 21’ x 5’, and 19’ x 5’. Install date will be May 10, 2018.
The agreement with Boeing is for the banners to remain in place for up to 18 months.
