THIRD AMENDMENT TO
WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES
SITE LEASE AGREEMENT LAG-06-012
BETWEEN
CITY OF RENTON AND SPRINT CORPORATION
This THIRD AMENDMENT TO WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITIES SITE LEASE AGREEMENT
("Third Amendment") is effective this day of )44 01,4 , 20 n ,
(the "Effective Date"), and is intended to modify the Wireless Coinmunications Facilities Site
Lease Agreement dated April 5, 2006, ("Lease") between the City of Renton, a municipal
corporation of the State of Washington ("City" or "Owner"), and Sprint Spectrum Realty
Company, LLC (formerly a limited partnership), a Delaware limited liability company, successor-
in-interest to Clear Wireless LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, successor-by-merger to
Clearwire US LLC,a Nevada limited liability company,formerly known as Clearwire LLC, having an
office at 6391 Sprint Parkway,Overland Park, KS 66251("Sprint"or "Lessee"). The City and Sprint
are collectively referred to as the "Parties".
The Parties mutually agree to amend their Option and Site Lease Agreement LAG 06-012 as
amended by prior amendments #01-10, #02-13 (the "Agreement") to accommodate Lessee's
request to replace its telecommunication equipment at Renton's Rolling Hills Water Reservoir
Site also referred tows Lessee's Site ID: SE52XC303, located at 2403 Puget Drive SE, Renton, WA
98058.
NOW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual terms and covenants previously exchanged,
the Parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Exhibit D of the Lease and of the previous Amendments#01-10 and #02-13
consisting of Site Equipment located at the Premises is deleted in its entirety and
replaced by the Amended Exhibit D-3 attached and fully incorporated by
reference as a part of this Third Amendment and the Lease.
2. Lessee's addresses for notice set forth in Section 42 of the Lease are hereby
deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

3. All terms of the Agreement and Amendments not explicitly modified herein shall
remain in full force and effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed
according to this Amendment as if fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties agree that this addendum, once executed,takes effect on
the Effective Date noted above.

1. Lessee to install 9'-6" x 9'-6" concrete pad at grade, location shown at final construction
drawings.
2. Lessee to install site support equipment of concrete pad:
• (1) 30"x 38" x 73.5" E-Cab Cabinet
• (1) 16.54" x 34.72" x 70.00" B-Cab Cabinet
• (1) 24.0" x 36.0"x 10.0" PPC Cabinet
• (1) 24.0" x 36.0"x 23.0"Telco Cabinet
• (1) 5.0"tall x 3.2" wide PCTEL GPS Antenna
• (1) Work Light
3. Lessee to install on existing mounts:
• (3) 84.9"tall x 21.0"wide x 6.3" deep KMW Antennas.
• (3) 21.26"tall x 15.03" wide x 8.03" deep Samsung 2500 MHz RRH.
• (3) 23.8"tall x 13.8" wide x 9.0" deep Samsung 1900 MHz RRH.
