SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice
Dalpay Short Plat / LUA17-000234 SHPL-A, ECF, MOD, MOD
Dear Mr. Wilson:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on April 20,
2017. During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed
further.
The following will need to be corrected and submitted before April 30, 2018 so that we may continue the
review of the above subject application:
1. The drainage report and Drainage Plan must be revised to comply with the currently adopted (as
of January 1, 2017) 2017 City of Renton Surface Water Design Manual (RSWDM). Modeling to be
done using WWHM or MS Flood models. All requirements based on RSWDM should be provided.
2. The geotech report needs to be revised per the 2017 RSWDM to provide the infiltration rate,
recommendations based on actual field criteria, to back up the on-site BMP selection that is
mentioned in the RSWDM.
3. The water main is required to extend approximately additional 100 feet to the north property line
of Lot 3. A minimum 15 feet wide public easement is required for water main located outside
public right of way. Informational comment- public easement is required forthe individual water
meters.
Once the applicant has reviewed the above comments and amended necessary plan sets and studies to
bring the project closer to compliance with Renton Municipal Code, the applicant shall submit electronic
copies of the any modified plan sheets and studies in compliance with the City's electronic plan review
standards.
At this time, your project has been placed "on hold" pending receipt of the requested information. The
Environmental Review Committee meeting originally scheduled for February 5th has been cancelled and
will be rescheduled after you resubmit. Please contact me at (425) 430-6598 or jding@rentonwa.gov if
