Remove one 53” diameter Western Red Cedar tree from my residence located at the SW corner of the
house at 17012 123rd Ave SE – Renton. WA 98058. It has been inspected and deemed a hazard due to a
week connection between stems where the tree splits into two separate sections. It is also, dangerously
close to the home. This narrative is part of the package to acquire the required permit to remove the
tree. All of the homes in the immediate area are single family dwellings. Traffic will not be affected by
this project as the trucks will be in the driveway and yard and the tree will not be felled, but rather taken
down from the top, cut down and ground up in the yard, and subsequently removed.
