Good Morning Ms. Santiago,
Thank you for your comment letter regarding the Consejo Conditional Use Permit Application. I will add
your letter to the project file, which will be attached as an exhibit to the staff recommendation to the
City’s Hearing Examiner. I will also add you as a party of record to the application. The City anticipates an
environmental determination will be issued on the proposal on June 8, 2018. A public hearing on the
application is tentatively scheduled for July 24, 2018 at 11am in Council Chambers at City Hall. As a party
of record you will receive documents issued by the City and the Hearing Examiner’s decision. Please feel
