Greetings!
You may be aware that our organization is working to develop the property located at 4500 Talbot Rd in
Renton, currently an undeveloped lot just south of the intersection at S 43rd and Talbot Rd.
We are very excited to be your neighbor and want to share our plans with you. We a re planning a
residential style memory care and assisted living community for seniors, which is in keeping with and in
full compliance with current zoning. We would love to hear your feedback and provide more details about
the community, so we cordially invite you to attend our upcoming neighborhood meeting. The intent of
this meeting is to facilitate an informal discussion between the project developer and the neighbors
regarding the project. While required by the City of Renton, this meeting is not conducted by the City of
Renton and is in addition to any future public hearing or public comment opportunities available under
City of Renton development review processes.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 13 at 7:00pm at:
