Dear Mr. Wang:
This letter is to confirm the receipt of the Assignment of Funds on June 15, 2018, in the amount of
$10,585, which represents the total cost of the installation of the landscaping, to cover the cost of a
minimum two years of successful maintenance and monitoring of the landscaping installed for the
Highland Oasis project. This letter is also to confirm the receipt of the Assignment of Funds on
November 12, 2015 in the amount of $9,862.50 for the installation of Eco lawn in lieu of irrigation on
the project site. This letter confirms the start of your Two-Year Maintenance period for both the
landscaping and the eco lawn.
At the end of the Two-Year Maintenance period, please contact the Planning Division for a final
landscape maintenance inspection to verify compliance with RMC 4-7-070.P. If you have any questions,
