SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice
PR18-000212 Walker Subaru, LUA18-000305
Dear Mr. Weber:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on
May 15th, 2018. During our review, staff determined that additional information is needed prior
to making a recommendation to the Environmental Review Committee. Specifically, staff is
requesting additional details on the proposed cleanup of the site, including but not limited to,
projected cleanup schedule, toxics disposal plan, equipment to be used on site, and specific
methods employed for cleanup. Staff understands that minor changes in the scope may occur as
the cleanup progresses and different conditions are encountered.
Please submit the required documentation by December 21st, 2018 so that we may continue the
review of the above subject application. At this time, your project has been placed “on hold”
pending receipt of the requested information. The Environmental Review Committee meeting will
be rescheduled after the project is taken off hold. Please contact me at (425) 430-7219 if you
