HomeMy WebLinkAboutPN_Doucette LLA 2906 NE 5th Pl_180621 v 1.0PN_2906_2900 Doucette LLA_180621 v 1.0 Doucette Lot Line Adjustment Location: 2906 NE 5th Pl, Renton, WA 98056 Purpose: To divide the adjoining properties in order to make them: A) more equal in square feet and B) give the property to the west/On index more depth. --while still maintaining most of the original lot line(s). Current use of sites and existing improvements: There is one dwelling which has been in place since 1943. And a detached garage. Both on the larger east parcel. Special Site Features: Nothing special it seems. Some slope and a rock/basalt retaining wall to the east of the parcels. Please refer to the enclosed topographical map to view. This slope is not part of these parcels. Proposes Future Use: Though plans are not concrete at this time, I have a desire to construct a dwelling on the western parcel/Index side. A time line has not been set. Any Proposed Code Modification: None at this time. I much appreciate the department members time on this project so far.
