LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT'S ARBORIST REPORT FOR
WSADA PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS
RENTON, WA.
To whom it may concern,
The site has two existing trees (6 inch caliper hawthorne and a 3 inch caliper alder) which are to be
removed for proposed parking lot improvements. These trees are located at the east side of the site and
are in conflict with the proposed driveway alignment.
There are large established trees located nearby at the adjacent property to the east. The canopies of
these trees overhang the east property line.
Removal of these two existing trees and removal of their root system will not impact the health of the
adjacent neighboring trees.
The landscape proposal includes installation of (9) 2 inch caliper shade trees. This quantity exceeds
required number of replacement trees by 8 trees.
We recommend acceptance of the proposal as indicated on the tree retention plan and landscape plan.
