CALL TO ORDER:
Chair Jim Phelan called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Review of the minutes from the October 28, 2014 Regular Meeting.

a) Approve Fire Lieutenant Eligibility List

b) The Chief announced the temporary Appointment of Ryan Morgan as Fire Lieutenant
c) Extension of Probation Period of Fire Lieutenant Daniel Powell. The Commission requested that the
extension request would come back when Lt. Powell returns or prior to the probation period ending.

Chief Milosevich that Officer Brian Augustyn was medically separated effective December 1, 2014
