Chair Jim Phelan called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

Review of the minutes from the October 27, 2015 Regular Meeting.

c) Entry Level Police Officer Candidate Christopher Ritnoppakun provided a letter including information on why
he should be restored to the eligibility list. Chief Milosevich provided a response on why he should not be
considered to be a Police Officer at this time. Motion to support the Police Chief decision and deny the
appeal by Entry Level Police Officer Candidate Christopher Ritnoppakun to be restored to the Eligibility List. *
