A public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers on the seventh
floor of the Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington, on July 31, 2018 at 12:00
pm to consider the following petitions:

Location: 11410 SE Petrovitsky Rd. The applicant is requesting a Hearing Examiner Conditional
Use Permit (CUP-H) to operate a religious institution in an existing structure at 11410 SE
Petrovitsky Rd (APN 2923059025). The site totals 38,134 square feet and is located within the
R-14 zone. The use would serve approximately 15-20 members during regular service and up to
50 members during special events. Access would remain via the existing driveway off of
Petrovitsky. Sensitive slopes are mapped on the northeast corner of the site. No trees or
vegetation would be removed as part of the project.

Hall, Renton. All interested persons are invited to be present at the Public Hearing to express their
