1. Proposed construction date(s): July 15th 2018 to August 15th or sooner if the CUP
Application approved by the City
2. Hours of operation from 9:00 AM to 5:00 P.M Monday to Saturday
3. Our Contractor Ed Wilson will provide hauling and transportation materials and hauling
away the construction wastes. All of the waste will be dumped into appropriate place
according to City waste management requirement.
4. Measures to minimize dust such as using water hole to spray on the working area to
reduce dust during and after working hours.
The job site is not near by the slope or wet land so erosion control is not required.
The job site also far away from the neighbors and the hours of operation is within city
requirement will minimize the complaints of noise by the neighbors
