1. Project Name: Bo De Monastery Home Improvement Project
Project Location: 11410 SE PETROVITSKY RD, Renton, WA 98055
2. Scope of Project:
- Remodeling the interior of the single home to change the first floor to
the Buddha Hall for Buddha Service.
- Add on the ramp and stairs for the entrance of the first floor
- Grading the parking lot.
- Add on shed on the north side of Existing Temple Building
3. Proposal Use: Worship Buddha Hall on the first floor of the property
including chanting and pray during service, listening to Dharma Talks, and
sitting meditation during meditation sessions.
4. Hours of operation: Sunday from 9:00 A.M to 3:00 P.M
5. Non-cooking facility. Members bring fruit, flowers to offer in the altar.
Members also bring foods from home to offer during weekly service and
annual special events. (Cooking facility requirement?)
6. Occupancy Capacity: maximum 15- 20 members during weekly services,
maximum 40-50 members during special annual events.
7. Number of bathrooms: One uni-sex bathroom on first floor
8. Parking slots available: 12-15 slots, 2-4 handicap slots.
9. Project Value: Estimate $ 15,500.00
10. Time line to complete the project:
- Interior: As soon as Conditional Use permit approve.
- Exterior and on site improvement: when the weather permitted
