The proposal encompasses 13 lots and 4 tracts (for open space and storm detention). The proposed lots range in size from 4,639 square feet to 6,512 square feet with a density of 7.99 dwelling units per acre. The proposed lots are intended for the future construction of single family residences. The southwestern portion of the site contains a small area of steep slopes. Access to the proposed lots would be via a new street off of S 55th Street; a secondary access for emergency vehicles is also proposed. A.
