As such, I’m concerned about the proposed variance to the rear setback requirement. Editorial comment: This development has a direct and permanent impact on the value of my property and the quality of life we have in this location. It is disappointing that the City of Renton chose to hide the Notice of Application at the far end of a private driveway otherwise inaccessible to the general public and myself.
