Work will only occur during allowed work hours pursuant to city code. Construction routes will likely be from SW 3rd Street to Earlington Avenue to SW Sunset Way. Traffic control will only be necessary when utility taps are performed in SW 3rd Place for water, sewer, and storm service. Details will be provided in a future right-of-way permit which will be required for this work. Grading The proposed building permit plans have not been prepared at this time. Proposed lot grading/wall design will be determined at building permit following final short subdivision approval. Erosion Control The site will be stabilized consistent with an approved temporary erosion and sedimentation control (TESC) plan meeting the 2005 DOE Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington and City of Renton requirements. The TESC will include the use of best management practices (BMPs). Fee in Lieu of Street Improvements A pre-application meeting was completed on June 30, 2016 and indicated that offsite improvements (curb, planter, and sidewalk) are required along SW 3rd Street. The proposed short subdivision includes an Application for Fee in Lieu of Street Improvements.
