A public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers on the seventh
floor of the Renton City Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington, on September 11, 2018 at
12:00 pm to consider the following petitions:

Location: 280 Hardie Ave SW# 2. Applicant is requesting Hearing Examiner Conditional Use
Permit approval and SEPA Review for a proposed church change of use and tenant improvement.

Hall, Renton. All interested persons are invited to be present at the Public Hearing to express their
