SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice – Secondary Geotechnical Review
Forest Terrace Subdivision/ LUA18-000124
Dear Ms. Halvorsen,
The Planning Division recently received a resubmittal related to items from the March 19, 2018 on hold
notice for the Forest Terrace Subdivision application. Due to the revisions and identification of
encroachments into a protected slope, the application remained on hold while the City referred the
applicant’s geotechnical study for secondary review.
Please find the enclosed comments from the City’s secondary review prepared by GeoEngineers. The City
will require responses to each of the memo’s comments in order to remove the project from the current
on hold status. When the project is taken off-hold, a revised Notice of Application will be issued to include
the requested Critical Areas Variance and Street Modification. Additionally, a tentative date for the SEPA
determination and public hearing will be provided when the project is taken off hold.
At this time, the project remains “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information from the
