SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice
Sam’s Club UST Removal Project / LUA18-000542, ECF
Dear Mr. Morgan:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on August
2, 2018. After an initial review of the application materials, the City has determined that additional
information is necessary in order to proceed further.
The following will need to be corrected and applicable revised plans and reports shall be submitted before
November 26, 2018 so that we may continue the review of the above subject application:
1. Due to the increase in pollution generating impervious surface the applicant will need to do a full
drainage report before we can finish the land use review. If you have any questions regarding this
comment, feel free to contact Justin Johnson at (425) 430-7291 or jtjohnson@rentonwa.gov.
Once the applicant has reviewed the above comments and has completed the requested drainage
report and drainage plans to bring the project closer to compliance with Renton Municipal Code, the
applicant shall submit electronic copies of any modified plan sheets and studies in compliance with the
City’s electronic plan review standards. Any documents submitted to the City electronically will not be
considered “received” until staff has reviewed the submitted information and has determined that the
submitted materials are complete.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information and
the Environmental Review Committee meeting scheduled for August 27th has been cancelled. Once the
requested information has been received, a meeting with the ERC will be rescheduled. Please contact me
