Dear Jill,
Skyhorse short plat and conceptual engineering plans have been revised per meetings, emails and
phone conversations with City staff. As discussed Steve Beck will be doing a fee in lieu for the frontage
improvements east of the intersection at SE 132nd Street and 154th Ave SE. We have also revised the
drawings to incorporate vaults for the 2 basins (North and South). Please let me know if you have any
questions.
