The following described street, to wit : (the northerly two thirds of Lake Avenue South extending south from South 2nd Street to South 3rd Street) See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein be and the same is hereby vacated subject to an easement over, across, under, and on all of the aforedescribed property in favor of "i the City for utility and related purposes .
