Land Use Permits Required:
Conditional Use Permit which is a Type 2 Land Use Application.
Zoning:
The site is zoned C, Urban Design District D and so are all the surrounding properties. To the south is the City limits
and the City of Kent.
Current Use of the Site:
The use of the site will not change. It is an office building currently occupied by a Veterinary Hospital and it’s
parking lot.
Special Site Features:
None.
Soil Type and Drainage:
This new imaging unit will not affect site drainage and will sit in the existing parking stall area.
Proposed Use:
Blue Pearl proposes to add a mobile CT Imaging Unit, with screening fence and access ramp. The unit will serve
