Thank you for your inquiry to the City of Renton.
At this time we are currently working on updating and modifying our existing policies and procedures relating cellular antenna leasing on city owned property.
We are working diligently with multiple city departments to develop these policies and ordinances, and will not be pursuing new antenna leases on city owned property until this process
is complete.
Please reconnect with us in 3-months’ time for a status update and to discuss potential next steps.

Hi Jeff and Kyle, just following up on my message below to see if we can please schedule a meeting to review the status of the City Lease template and the standing interest in leasing
space at the City Parking Garage at The Landing, as well as other possible City Properties outside of the City R/Ws. Verizon is also interested in leasing space at the Senior Center
off Logan & 3rd ,as another example.
Please see the messages in the email chain below that indicate the forecast for the lease template availability was late 2017. Verizon is requesting an update to the lease (template)
availability and wishes to diligently pursue actual City authorization(s) for one or more potential sites on City fee property.
Please let me know if such a meeting can be scheduled?
