The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on August
17, 2017. Per your request, the City has placed the review of this project on hold pending discussions with
the neighboring developer of the Maple Highlands Plat (LUA18-000633). Please resubmit or request that
the project be taken off hold by December 27, 2018.
