Dear Miller,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on
July 31, 2018. Per recent discussions, staff understands that the proposed home will be
redesigned in order to reduce or remove the encroachment into the rear -yard setback.
The new plans will need to be submitted before December 27, 2018 so that we may continue the
review of the Miller Variance application.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the new building and
