Wireless Communication Facilities: RMC 4-5-060 exempts wireless communication facilities located within the
public way. This is in conflict with requirements of RMC 4-4-140, Wireless Communication Facilities. The code
revision seeks to remove the exemption in RMC 4-5-060 to provide for consistent review and permitting of
Wireless Communication Facilities.
