Reason for Change: Change is requested because the project has been delayed due to an operators strike. Contract Provisions: Special Provision 5-04.3(1): Weather Limitations — REVISED Materials: None. Plans: None. Extension of Time: The Time for Completion is extended 0 working Days. Equitable Adjustment: This Change Order includes a significant change: None. Sections 1-04.4 and 1-04.5 of the 2018 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications shall govern this Change Order.
