A map of the benefited area is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof as if fiully set forth herein. SECTION II : Persons connecting to the sanitary sewer facil- ities in this Special Assessment District which properties have not been charged or assessed with the cost of the sanitary sewer main, shall pay in addition to the payment of the connection permit fee and in addition to the general facility and trunk connection charge, the following addi- tional fees: Based on a benefit area of 59,800 square feet, the following charges result: Area Charge = $0.33653 per square foot For properties on Monroe Ave. N.E. and N.E. 7th Street, within the limits defined on the exhibits. -1- -;..�,. � � � ORDINANCE N0. 4019 SECTION III : This ordinance is effective upon its passage, approval and thirty (30) days after publication.
