The City of Renton’s Department of Community and Economic Development (CED) has received an
application for a Preliminary Short Plat Approval located at 2213 NE 28th St (APN 3343901360). Please
see the enclosed Notice of Application for further details.
In order to process this application, CED needs to know which Renton schools would be attended by
children living in residences at the location indicated above. Please fill in the appropriate schools on the
list below and return this letter to my attention, City of Renton, CED, Planning Division, 1055 South Grady
Way, Renton, Washington 98057 or fax to (425) 430-7300, by November 8, 2018.
Elementary School: Kennydale Elementary School (Walk to school)
Middle School: Risdon Middle School (School Bus Transportation provided)
High School: Hazen High School (School Bus Transportation provided)
