PROJECT MEETING NOTICE
On August 30, 2018 a public meeting will be held from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Medical Arts
Center Building (Valley Medical Center), located at address 4033 Talbot Rd S, MAC D, Renton,
WA 98055, to describe and discuss the following project:
Talbot Road Homes Project consists of the development of one parcel located at 4827 Talbot Rd
S. (TPN 312305-9022) on the west side of Talbot Rd S. just south of S. 48th St. The project site
totals 1.69 acres in area and is zoned Residential-14 (R-14). The proposal is to develop 21
attached single-family residences in 8 buildings. The existing house and out buildings on the
property will be demolished and removed from the site prior to the subdivision process.
Proposed access to the proposed residences will be from Talbot Rd S. The proposal is consistent
with the surrounding properties.
A conceptual site/plat layout showing buildings, road layout, and open space area will be
available for viewing at the meeting.
The intent of this meeting is to facilitate an informal discussion between the project developer
and the neighbors regarding the project. While required by the City of Renton, this meeting is not
conducted by the City of Renton and is in addition to any future public hearing or public
comment opportunities available under City of Renton development review processes.
Detailed Directions to Meeting Room:
The conference rooms are in the Medical Arts Center building. The address is 4033 Talbot Rd S,
Renton, WA 98055. If you are looking at the hospital from Talbot Road, the Medical Arts
building is on the right-hand side of the hospital. You can park in the garage there and take the
skywalk over to the building. The conference rooms are all on the 1st floor. When you get off the
elevators, go right and MAC D is almost at the end of the hall on the left.
