11.Theapplicantshallsubmitrevisedgradingplansthatremovesgradingactivitieswithinthedriplinesofthetrees.DuetothecloseproximityoftheproposedgradingwithinTractE,theapplicantshallretainacertifiedarboristorlicensedlandscapearchitecttomonitorconstructionactivitiesneartheretainedtreesandensuretheyareprotectedand/ortoprunebranchesandroots,fertilize,andwaterasappropriate.Monitoringandotherrequiredtreeprotectionmeasuresduringconstruction(RMC4-4-130H.9)shallbeincorporatedintothecivilconstructionpermitplanstobereviewedandapprovedbytheCurrentPlanningProjectManagerpriortopermitissuance.Revisedcondition#11DuetothecloseproximityoftheproposedgradingtoprotectedtreewithinTractE,theapplicantshallprepareanarboristmonitoringplanforallgradingactivitieswithinprotectedtreedriplines.Themonitoringplanshallbeimplementedbyathirdpartyarboristpaidforbytheapplicantandshallincludespecificationsforacceptablegradingnearprotectedtreesthatwouldnotimpactthelongtermhealthofthetrees.Theplanshallalsoincludeacontingencyplanwithmitigationshoulddamageoccurtoanyoftheprotectedtrees.ThethirdpartyarboristshallprovidespecialinspectionreportstotheCitytoensurecompliancewiththemonitoringplanduringsitegrading.Thearboristmonitoringplanandotherrequiredtreeprotectionmeasuresduringconstruction,includingbutnotlimitedtothoserequitedbyRMC4-4-130H.9,shallbeincorporatedintothecivilconstructionpermitplanstobereviewedandapprovedbytheCurrentPlanningProjectManagerpriortopermitissuance.(I
