I do have a few follow-up questions related to the SEPA submittal requirements handout we walked through during our meeting on 4-19-2018. Item 11 (Affidavit of Installation of Public Information Sign) – you mentioned you were going to send a file with instructions on this. If it is on the City’s website and I just missed it, can you please provide the link showing requirements? Please also confirm that the City can just attach the signage to the entrance gate of the site (Dave proposed this idea during the meeting and I recall that would likely be okay rather than having to install 2 posts and a board.) Hopefully this link will work: https://edocs.rentonwa.gov/Documents/0/edoc/955784/Public%20Information%20Sign%20Handout.pdf Item 23 (Habitat Data Report) – I have a note that you were going to check into whether or not our project will require this. Can you please advise on this one? We currently have a critical areas report already so perhaps this will cover it? If the current critical areas report addresses habitat, that will be sufficient. Item 31 (Colored Maps for Display) – We discussed three large (22” x 34”) figures (existing site, proposed sewer replacement/road, and proposed mitigation plan). Do these need to have a specific scale? No specific scale While this is all draft SEPA electronic submittal, would you prefer these three printed out for the final SEPA submittal or is this something that you guys intend to do on your end? These do not need to be printed out. Can we just keep the existing title blocks as shown on our plans or do you need them to say something related to the public meeting/Environmental Review Committee? Existing title blocks are fine.
