I checked the code and you are exempt from the tree retention requirements, and would not need a
tree retention worksheet or arborist report, per the exemption below:
Maintenance Activities/Essential Tree Removal – Public or Private Utilities, Roads
and Public Parks: Maintenance activities including routine vegetation management and
essential tree removal for public and private utilities, road rights-of-way and easements,
and public parks.
