The Solera Mixed Use Master Plan, LUA18-000490, is scheduled to be presented to the Hearing Examiner on November 27th, 2018. The Staff Report to the Hearing Examiner has been made available
online to all interested parties. You may access the report by navigating to Rentonwa.gov > How do I > Find > City Documents > Search > Land Use Files, then typing in LUA18-000490 and
opening the project folder. The Hearing Examiner Staff Report will be found in the subfolder labeled “04 – Decisions and Staff Reports. Alternatively, you may use the following URL
to navigate to the subfolder: https://bit.ly/2TAccsq.
Hard copies of the report may be available upon request at a charge of $0.15 per side. The report’s estimated cost will be $13.35.
