The tenant improvements included in the building permit are required to bring Interstate Hood Company in compliance with its approved Conditional Use Permit (LUA17- 000606). In a good faith effort, the City of Renton issued a Business License (LIC18-00515) for Interstate Hood Company prior to the completion of the tenant improvements identified in the building permit. It remains the City’s expectation that the tenant improvements in the building permit will be completed prior to the building permit’s expiration, timely bringing the business into compliance with the Conditional Use Permit. The building permit is scheduled to expire on July 31, 2019. As of the date of this letter, no inspections have been requested. Due to the minimal progress on the building permit, this is a formal reminder that you must complete all inspections and receive final approval on the building permit prior to its expiration date of July 31, 2019. If, on or before the expiration date, the building permit has not received final approval, the Business License for the Interstate Hood Company will be revoked, and code enforcement action will be initiated.
