In regards to OH pole relocations for Alpine Nursery Plat Development:
PSE has been requested by the developer (Paul Ollestad – Land Development
Manager, Toll Brothers) to relocate existing overhead poles along 160th Ave SE
to accommodate the frontage improvement for the new plat.
Paul Ollestad has coordinated and been granted an exception from the City of
Renton (Ann Fowler – Civil Engineer, Department of Community and Economic
Development, City of Renton) to relocate 4 Poles and install 1 new pole in lieu of
undergrounding. The PSE design was completed based on the request from
Paul and the approved exception from the city of Renton.
