The scope of work relating to the permitting application for WO # 101103711 is to replace existing
legacy overhead switches with modern equipment. Per the City of Renton municipal code 4-6-090 Utility
Lines- Underground Installation: D.1.g.i, this work shows exempt from the city’s underground
requirements as this is a rebuild of existing overhead electrical facilitates and there are continuing
requirements for the poles.
