To Whom It May Concern,
The scope of work relating to the permitting application for WO# 186048176 is to replace 2 existing
legacy distribution poles and to raise 1 streetlight on a separate distribution pole. Per the City of Renton
municipal code 4-6-090 Utility Lines- Underground Installation: D.1.g.i, this work shows exempt from
the city’s underground requirements as this is a rebuild of existing overhead electrical facilities.
