The scope of work relating to the permitting application for WO #186047382 is to replace existing PSE
Pole Anchor & Distribution pole with a newer and reliable anchor and pole. Per the City of Renton
municipal code 4-6-090 Utility Lines- Underground Installation: D.1.g.i, this work shows exempt from
the city’s underground requirements as this is a rebuild of existing overhead electrical facilities.
