TYPE OF WORK: Changing out BO pole grid # 316999-166523 installing new class 2
45’pole approx. same location transfer all hardware, re-connect existing services, install
New risers, install OH to UG primary L/E for new 4 lot plat south of existing OH service.
LOCATION OF WORK: 11427 SE 162nd ST, RENTON, WA. 98055
SCOPE OF WORK:
At location P01 as shown on the attached copy of the worksketch, PSE is
requesting exemption to change out old pole and install new pole so we can extend
primary from P01 to V01 OH to UG service. We have submitted along with this the
design for approval and traffic control plans for this work.
