TYPE OF WORK: Installing transformer on existing pole grid 316901-166194 for new
service at “16427”. Extending secondary OH to pole in private property. Removing
existing secondary span from P01 to P03.
LOCATION OF WORK: 16427 Benson Rd S Renton WA 98055
SCOPE OF WORK:
At location P01 as shown on the attached copy of the worksketch, PSE is
requesting exemption to install new OH transformer to serve “16427”. We will also be
removing an unneeded secondary span between P01 and P03 because of the new OH
transformer on P01. We have submitted along with this the design for approval and
traffic control plans for this work.
