TYPE OF WORK: Changing out BO pole grid # 318892-167114 installing new class 1
50’pole same location due to adjacent driveways on either side of pole. Transfer all
hardware, re-connect existing services.
LOCATION OF WORK: 4014 NE 21ST ST, RENTON, 98056
SCOPE OF WORK:
At location P01 as shown on the attached copy of the worksketch, PSE is
requesting exemption to change out old pole and install new pole due to aging and rotting
on pole.
